Serving Fairbanks for over 24 years, Jack and Nancy Williams invite you to join them for lunch or dinner at Souvlaki.

The finest Greek food is to be had at our own little piece of the Mediterranean. Each day we serve a hearty homemade soup to warm you up. Falafel in a pita pocket may be had with all the trimmings, or dolmathakia (stuffed grape leaves) with lemon-butter sauce mmmm! We have American as well as Mediterranean foods featured on the menu. We'll be happy to serve you in our dining room, or take an order to go.

From Spanikopita to Baklava - from soup to fresh baked pies you'll find great food, good folks, and a clean friendly atmosphere to make your dining experience a memorable one at Souvlaki.

We are open year 'round at our downtown location. You may enjoy a summer stroll, mouthwatering meal and the delights of historic Fairbanks at Soulaki in Alaskaland.

At Souvlaki in Alaskaland's "Gold Rush Town", in log cabin # 25, we serve delicious piping hot sandwiches as well as a selection of salads, desserts, and refreshing beverages.

Souvlaki at Alaskaland is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day for your pleasure.
