NORTH STAR REALTY is a member of the Greater Fairbanks Board of Realtors®, and the Multilple Listing Service of the board. He has been in the residential, land and commercial real estate business since 1976 in Fairbanks, Alaska. We are a small company specializing in personal service to our customers. We operate primarily as representatives of the sellers, but do represent buyers when requested.

Glen M. Wilcox , a 44 year resident of Alaska, is a Graduate of the Realtor's® Institute (GRI), and the broker. He has lived in the "bush" at Anvik, Cordova, Juneau and Fairbanks. He is a retired employee of the State Dept. of Health & Social Services (Coordinator of the Office of Alcoholism), former Chief, Dept. of Health and Social Services for the City of Fairbanks, a retired Episcopal Priest, a private pilot, a teacher at the University of Alaska, and the Commander of the Fairbanks Composite Squadron - Civil Air Patrol.
