Newly remodeled home in the Slater Subdivision, which is just a minute to mall shopping, with new all weather "Alaskan Windows"& 6" wall construction, fenced back yard with a storage shed. Single car garage. We found our neighborhood to be very good to us. Being centrally located made it very cozy for our children's schooling and my shopping. Winters can be very rough in Alaska but the 6" walls and Alaska windows in our home have kept us cozy and warm. The charming country accents that we have done on the house have people always stopping and asking us questions. We will really miss this house & the friends we have made here. A great neighborhood for kids.
